    Really good staff and generous complimentary gifts. The comfortable bed and elegant decor created a serene environment for relaxation.

    Room size felt cramped, especially for families. The breakfast selection lacked variety, disappointing given the hotel's standing.

    A practical review for you

    A good stay with an amazing staff that enhances the experience! Simon, the front desk manager, was helpful. The location is prime, and breakfast features serene harp music, elevating the dining experience. A cozy ambiance, though the rooms can feel intimate. A solid choice for a nice Roman holiday!

    Good location and pleasant staff

    The organization of the roof top terrace is too heavily weighted towards diners. And the hotel wifi is fairly poor. The very worst aspect is the shower- practically third world.

    'Truly outstanding. The best hotel bed we ever slept in, together with a super bathroom with bath, separate shower and 2 washbasins. The staff could not have been more helpful.

    We were disappointed with the (quite expensive) rooftop terrace restaurant. Second bottle of wine took a long time to arrive, and as a result the service of the main course was delayed and was not hot enough
